Conewago Chapel: First Parish of Fr. Gallitzin

We recently took a family mini-pilgrimage to Hanover, Pennsylvania, home of what was originally called “Conewago Chapel”. This was Fr. Gallitzin’s first assignment following his ordination. It is a beautiful church with restored paintings and lovely architecture. I also have included some of the archival photos displayed at the church which give a glimpse into how its appearance has varied over the years.
