Returns
Policy
Returns are accepted on our vintage curated book collection, if requested within 7 days of receiving the book. Book must be received in the same condition without damages. Buyer is responsible for shipping the book back with a tracking label (suggested USPS Media Mail and to use original packaging). The return shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The refund sent via original payment method will be for the original price of the book less $7 re-stocking fee.
Due to the customization, all wedding stationery is ineligible for returns. If a mistake was made on the client’s part, discounted re-prints will be made available as an option. If a mistake was made by Gallitzin Press, reprints will be provided to the client at no cost.
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, they are ineligible for returns. If you purchased the incorrect propers for the time of year of your wedding we may be able to send you the correct propers on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for this.
